Sea Bass Stuffed with Mushrooms in Foil

Sea bass stuffed with oyster mushrooms, baked in foil. Fish with mushrooms and cheese prepared according to this recipe turns out juicy and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Perch (carcass) – 400 g (2 pcs.)
  • Oyster mushrooms – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 4 tbsp
  • Hard cheese – 60 g
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Seasoning (optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for cooking sea bass stuffed with mushrooms.
  2. The first step is to prepare the fish. Cut off tail and sharp fins carefully. Remove the entrails and black film, peel the fish and wash.
  3. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  4. Finely chop the oyster mushrooms.
  5. Place onions and mushrooms in a deep bowl. Add a little (0.5-1 tablespoon. L.) Sour cream.
  6. Add salt, pepper (seasoning), mix well. The filling is ready.
  7. Spread a piece of foil on the table. Put one fish on the foil, stuff the prepared filling into the belly. Grease the perch on all sides with sour cream. Then add lightly salt and pepper. Wrap the sea bass completely in foil. Prepare the second fish in the same way.
  8. Place fish in foil on a baking sheet. Pour in 0.5 cups of water. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  9. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  10. After 30 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Unfold the foil and sprinkle the grated cheese on the sea bass.
  11. Then put the fish back in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  12. Sea bass stuffed with mushrooms, baked in foil, ready.
