Potatoes with Mushrooms, in Foil (on the Grill)

Mmm! .. Potatoes with mushrooms – who doesn’t love her ?! According to this recipe, potatoes with mushrooms are cooked on the grill, in foil. Delicious, fast, and most importantly, very simple to perform!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Champignon mushrooms – 4 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Bay leaf – to taste
  • Greens (onion, dill) – to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products for potatoes baked in foil on the grill.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into semicircles.
  3. Cut the champignons in half and cut into slices.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings.
  5. Chop the garlic.
  6. We distribute the foil over the entire area of ​​the lattice, having previously folded it into 2 layers. Do not forget that the potatoes with mushrooms will also need to be covered with foil on top, so we measure out another piece of foil, which we also fold in 2 layers.
  7. We lay out the ingredients on foil. First, put the potatoes, salt and pepper, add a little chopped bay leaf. Then we distribute the onions. Next – champignons. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with chopped garlic.
  8. Cover the ingredients with two layers of foil. We wrap the foil, like the edges of a pie, so that steam does not escape.
  9. We close the grate.
  10. Fry on coals for 10 minutes on each side.
  11. After removing from the brazier, leave the grill on the table for 5-7 minutes, without opening the foil, so that the dish sweats. Potatoes with mushrooms, in foil, on the grill, ready. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
