Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s) (baby potatoes, triplets)
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • marjoram
  • rosemary
  • 2 sea bream (s)
  • Pul Biber
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, fresh

Instructions

  1. Halve or quarter the potatoes depending on the size, add the spices, the salt and approx. 6 - 7 tablespoons of oil and mix everything together.
  2. Wash the sea bream, mix 6 - 7 tablespoons of olive oil with salt, pepper and red paprika powder, rub the sea bream with this marinade inside and out and pour lemon juice over it.
  3. Cut the vegetables and lemon into small slices and use them to fill the fish. Place the sea bream and potatoes on a tray and bake at 180 ° C until the potatoes are soft and the fish is cooked through.
  4. Tip: Dorade also tastes really delicious when fried.
