A very interesting biscuit is obtained from semolina.
In the products for making semolina biscuit, I indicated the amount for a serving of biscuit, which is enough to make a cake. But I cooked only half of the portion, so I took half the food.
Ingredients
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Sugar –200 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Semolina – 150 g
Milk – 250 ml
Butter -50 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
Directions
So, we separate the whites from the yolks.
Mix the yolks with sugar.
Beat them into a dense mass.
Gradually introduce semolina, continue to beat. When all the semolina is added, set the dough aside for 10 minutes.
We turn on the oven and heat it to 180 degrees. Add salt to the proteins. And beat the whites into a strong foam.
First, add a third of the proteins to the dough. Mix the dough gently in a circular motion from bottom to top.
We introduce the remaining proteins, continuing to gently but quickly mix in a circular motion from bottom to top.
Lubricate the bottom of the split form with butter. Pour the dough into a mold. Carefully level the surface if necessary. Put in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Bring the milk to a boil.
When the biscuit is browned, gently, spoon, pour it over with milk. This must be done VERY carefully so that the biscuit does not sit down. Then we bake the biscuit for another 10 minutes.
Keep the finished biscuit in the oven until it cools.
