Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), new, small ones
- 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
- 2 teaspoons salt, coarse
- 2 tablespoon pesto
- 200 g crème fraîche

- Wash the potatoes and scrub them with the vegetable brush if necessary. Mix together with the olive oil, sesame seeds and salt in a bowl. Bake on a baking sheet in the oven at 200 ° for approx. 1 hour (possibly cooking test!).
- Add the cream - mixed well with the pesto - serve as a dip, done!
