Ingredients
- 1 kg sheep`s cheese, roughly diced
- 12 peppers, pickled, mild
- 12 cherry tomato (s), halved
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 bunch thyme
- 8 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g olives, black (dry pickled)
- Pepper, coarsely ground
- possibly garlic

- All ingredients are mixed in a sufficiently large glass with a screw cap. Then everything just has to be closed and well sealed (refrigerator).
- Can easily be kept in the refrigerator for a week.
- Always a hit at parties with fresh farmhouse bread or Pain de Campagne.
- Alternatively, the herbs (and possibly a few cloves of garlic) can be roasted in the olive oil first.
