Shortbread Cookies with Vegetable Oil

Crispy and aromatic shortbread cookies in vegetable oil are an ideal treat for tea or coffee. The recipe is very affordable and budgetary, and making cookies is as easy as shelling pears, everyone can handle it!

Directions

Prepare foods from the list.
Budget shortbread cookies in vegetable oil cook quickly enough, so it is best to turn on the oven in advance to warm up to a temperature of 200 degrees.
Combine the egg and sugar in a deep bowl.
Beat the egg and sugar on a high mixer speed for about 1-1.5 minutes, until air bubbles appear.
Pour in odorless vegetable oil.
Stir
Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanillin.
Mix thoroughly.
Knead into a firm cookie dough and roll into a ball.
Divide the dough into 5 equal portions. Roll up small flagella about 7-8 cm long and 1 cm thick from each.
Give the cookies any shape. I suggest this method – fasten the flagella in the form of curls.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the cookies. You can use a knife to cut the cookies.
Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
The budget shortbread cookies in vegetable oil are ready. Cool it, put it on a dish and serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
