Ingredients
- 40 g marzipan paste
- 150 g butter
- 50 g powdered suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 drops flavor, (lemon flavor)
- 3 drops vanilla flavor
- 1 medium egg (s)
- 165 g flour
- 15 g cocoa powder
- some chocolate icing
- jam, for filling

- If necessary, heat the marzipan mixture in the microwave a little so that it is supple and let it cool down a little.
- Mix the butter, powdered sugar, marzipan mixture, salt, lemon and vanilla flavor in a mixing bowl until lightly frothy. Then stir in the egg.
- Briefly stir in the sifted flour with the cocoa powder until the flour is no longer visible, otherwise the dough will be tough.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a large star nozzle and squirt sticks, S or bows onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 12 - 13 minutes on the middle rack.
- After cooling, put 2 sticks together with jam and / or decorate with chocolate icing.
