Shrimp with Capers, Garlic and Rice

To prepare this dish, you will need shrimp, thyme, capers, lemon juice, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil – 2 sec. l.
  • Fresh thyme (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Capers – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Shrimp (peeled) – 750 g
  • Fresh lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Rice – 250 g

Directions

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Pour thyme, capers, and garlic into a hot skillet, fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and lemon juice. Fry for 4 minutes.
  4. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Serve with shrimps.
