- 250 g shrimp (kin prawns)
- 8 clove (s) garlic
- 1 chilli pepper (s), dried
- salt
- pepper
- Iceberg lettuce
- Dressing, your choice
- Oil, for frying
- baguette (s)

- Heat the oil in a pan and add the shrimp. Immediately add the crushed garlic cloves, the crushed chilli pepper, salt and pepper, fry and remove from the heat.
- Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce, pour the dressing over it, mix.
- Put a little lettuce and garlic shrimp on a plate and serve with fresh baguette.
