Put the yoghurt in a bowl (it no longer needs to be drained because it is already there, hence also Süzme). Peel the cucumber, dice it very small or grate it and add it to the yoghurt. Press the garlic cloves through a garlic press and stir into the yogurt. Season to taste with the salt, pepper and lemon juice. That was it! The tzatziki can be served immediately, but it tastes better once it has been allowed to steep for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
