  • 500 g turkey meat, cut into strips
  • Clarified butter
  • 100 g mushrooms, cut into strips
  • 600 g whipped cream
  • Pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth, grained
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 300 g e spaetzle

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat in a little clarified butter in a high saucepan. When the meat has turned some color, add the mushrooms and fry together until everything is done. Then season with salt and pepper. Add the cream and bring to the boil briefly. Add the garlic and season with the grained vegetable stock, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  2. During this time, fry the egg spaetzle until crispy.
  3. Serve the sliced turkey with the spaetzle. Fresh salad goes well with it.
