Ingredients

  • 4 slices Kasseler
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can beans, green, drained weight 300g
  • 1 packet tomato (s), cut into pieces with herbs, 370g
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • tomato ketchup
  • 125 ml cream, (or Rama cremefine for cooking)
  • sugar
  • Tagliatelle, green

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the smoked pork in it. Peel and slice the onions, peel the garlic. Take the Kassel slices out of the pan and keep warm. Sauté the onion slices and pressed garlic in the frying fat, drain the beans and add to the onions / garlic. Let something boil down. Add tomato paste and mustard, melt gently. Add the tomato pieces and bring to the boil briefly. Pour in the cream, top off with ketchup (to taste), possibly add a pinch of sugar.
  2. Place slices of Kassel on the sauce until serving, cook the ribbon noodles and serve with it.
