Snack Roll Made of Cheese Omelet, with Chicken Fillet and Mushrooms

An appetizer roll of cheese omelet with chicken fillet and mushrooms is an original and very appetizing appetizer that will decorate the festive table. It is very simple to prepare such a roll, and you will certainly enjoy the combination of chicken, mushrooms and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 600 g
  • Hard cheese – 250 g
  • Champignons – 250 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 60 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 1 pinch
  • Ground curry – 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. During the preparation process, you will need parchment paper and cling film.
  2. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with a paper towel. We cut each fillet lengthwise into two parts.
  3. We beat each piece of chicken fillet from both sides. You can use cling film, it is more convenient to beat meat through it.
  4. Then rub each piece of fillet with salt and spices on both sides.
  5. We spread the prepared chicken meat on a plate and set it aside for a while.
  6. Let’s prepare the mushroom filling. We wash the mushrooms and cut them into small random pieces. (If the mushrooms are clean enough, you can simply wipe them off with a damp kitchen towel.)
  7. Put the mushrooms in a dry frying pan and fry over low heat until all the liquid evaporates.
  8. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into small cubes.
  9. Peel the carrots, wash and rub on a coarse grater.
  10. Pour vegetable oil into the pan to the mushrooms and add the onion, fry for 2-3 minutes.
  11. Then add the carrots and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes, until the carrots are soft. Salt and mix the filling. Remove the pan from heat and let the filling cool.
  12. At this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  13. Combine eggs and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  14. Whisk the eggs and mayonnaise thoroughly.
  15. Add cheese to the egg-mayonnaise mixture and mix well.
  16. Place a sheet of parchment paper or a silicone baking mat on a baking sheet. Put the egg-cheese mass on a baking sheet in a thin, even layer. I got a layer of 30×27 cm.
  17. We bake the cheese crust in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  18. Place the cooled mushroom filling in a blender bowl.
  19. Grind the filling until smooth.
  20. Turn the baked cheese crust over and spread it with its free side on a sheet of parchment paper.
    Carefully remove the parchment sheet or rug on which the cake was baked.
  21. Lay the chicken fillet along with the cake, occupying 2/3 of the surface.
  22. Put the mushroom filling on the longitudinal edge of the chicken fillet.
  23. Gently roll up the cake with the filling, starting from the edge with the mushrooms.
  24. We wrap the roll with a layer of parchment paper, put it on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  25. Cheese omelet roll with chicken fillet and mushrooms is ready.
    Let the roll cool slightly in the parchment, then remove it.
  26. Cut off the edges of the roll.
  27. Cut the roll into pieces and serve. The roll can be served both warm and cold.
