Ingredients

  • 200 g almond (s), round
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 small egg whites
  • 5 drops bitter almond flavor
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • Wafers, round, 50 mm in diameter

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground almonds with 140 g sugar and the cinnamon.
  2. Beat the egg white with 60 g sugar and the bitter almond flavor to stiff snow and then fold the almond mixture into the egg whites.
  3. Cut off piles of the mixture and place on the baking wafers.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
