Ingredients
- 2 kg smoked pork or schnitzel (pork), cut into small pieces
- 350 g meat sausae or huntin sausae, cut into cubes
- 4 large onions, finely chopped
- 2 glasses pickle (s), finely chopped
- 2 glasses Letscho
- 300 g cherry tomato (s), diced
- 1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Ketchup for thickening
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Fry the meat in hot oil in a pan. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Then add the sausage and the onions.
- Put everything in a large saucepan. Add the cucumber and tomato cubes and deglaze everything with the 2 glasses of Letscho. Fill up with a little water until the consistency is still creamy but not too thick. Then simmer for about 30 minutes, until the meat is nice and soft. If necessary, a little water and ketchup can always be added, or can also be seasoned as desired.
- Add small bowls with crème fraîche or sour cream to refine.
- This goes well with garlic baguette from the oven or a fresh baguette from the bakery.
