Ingredients
Olives – 10 pcs.
or capers – 1 teaspoon
Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
Potatoes – 3 pcs.
Beef – 300 g
Salami sausage (or fat-free) – 150 g
Water – 1.5-2 l
Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
Tomato paste – 4 dessert spoons
Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
Directions

Cook the broth beforehand. To do this, wash the beef with bone, put it in a saucepan, fill it with cold water, put it on fire, bring to a boil (remove noise as it forms). Cook the meat until tender (about 60-90 minutes).
Chop the cucumbers into cubes.
Cut the sausage into cubes.
Peel the onion, wash, chop finely.
Peel potatoes, wash, cut into pieces or cubes.
Remove the cooked meat from the broth.
Bring the meat and bone broth to a boil.
Then add the potatoes, cut into pieces (or cubes). Cook the potatoes in the broth for 5-6 minutes.
Cut the meat into pieces.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Add prepared onions to hot oil. Fry the onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown (2-3 minutes).
Open a jar of olives or capers.
Preheat another skillet, pour in 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Add tomato paste to hot oil. Fry the tomato paste over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes.
The potatoes are boiled, then place the pieces of meat, diced sausage, olives (or capers), finely chopped cucumbers, and saute onions until golden brown.
Salt everything and season with tomato paste pre-fried in vegetable oil.
Bring the broth to a boil and simmer over moderate heat for 10-15 minutes, after which the hodgepodge is ready.
