Ingredients

  • 250 g minced pork, seasoned or mixed, 1/2 and 1/2, dependin on your preference
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • some breadcrumbs
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped sugar
  • 20 ml herbal vinegar
  • some salt and pepper
  • 5 allspice grains
  • 1 bay leaf
  • some butter
  • 50 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs.
  2. Mix the minced meat with the egg white, a little onion and breadcrumbs and shape into medium-sized, round dumplings.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with the water and flour for the sauce.
  4. Bring the rest of the onion to the boil with water, sugar, vinegar and spices, cook the dumplings in it for about 10 minutes, then remove them. Mix the sauce with the egg yolk mixture and refine with butter and cream. If you pick out allspice grains and bay leaves, it is more relaxed to eat. Then add the dumplings again and keep them warm together. Season the dish to taste and add sugar / salt if necessary.
  5. Potatoes (parsley) also taste good.
