Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti (durum wheat spahetti)
  • Salt water
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 bottle sauce (barbecue sauce)
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 0.5 can ½ corn
  • 0.5 can ½ kidney beans
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green
  • 250 g cheese, rated
  • some basil
  • marjoram
  • thyme
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • a little fat

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and let cool. Then mix the eggs and basil, marjoram, thyme, nutmeg, salt and pepper well with the spaghetti.
  2. Heat some fat in a large, high pan and add the spaghetti mixture to the pan over medium heat, press down and let it harden. In the meantime, fry the minced meat in a pan and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder, sweet and hot.
  3. Wash, core and dice the pepper. Drain the corn and kidney beans.
  4. After about 10 minutes, turn the baked spaghetti using a large plate (add some fat to the pan if necessary). Briefly press the spaghetti again.
  5. Then spread the sauce on the fried spaghetti base, cover the now finished minced meat with diced paprika, corn and kidney beans and sprinkle the cheese over it. Now put a suitable lid on the pan and cook over low heat until the cheese has melted. Quarter the pizza and serve.
