  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry
  • 2 large apples, organic
  • 5 tablespoon peanut butter crunchy or Nutella
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 handful walnuts or something similar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into very fine pieces. Chop the walnuts into small pieces. Mix the cinnamon, nuts and apples together. Roll out the puff pastry and spread with the nutty (or chocolate) spread. Distribute the apple mixture evenly on the dough and carefully roll it up lengthways. Press the ends and the long side of the dough so that no liquid can escape. Brush the strudel with egg yolk.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes at 180 ° C (or 200 ° C top / bottom heat) until golden brown.
  3. For serving, we recommend vanilla ice cream, vanilla sauce, whipped cream, fruit or, best of all, everything together.
