Spelled Banana Mash

Ingredients

200 ml water
1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder (Ceylon cinnamon)
some rapeseed honey or fruit blossom honey, creamier
9 tablespoon, heaped spelled flakes, tender
1 teaspoon, heaped pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon, heaped currants
1 banana (s)

Instructions

Fill a tall glass with at least 400 ml capacity with 100 ml warm water. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Remove a piece of honey the size of a cherry with a fork and stir to dissolve. Then pour in 100 ml of cold water. Sprinkle in the spelled flakes while stirring until only a light film of water can be seen. Add the pumpkin seeds and currants. Mash the banana and add it as well. Press the banana pulp down with the spoon while turning the glass.
