Ingredients
- 200 g spelled flour, liht
- 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 2 tablespoon agave syrup
- 0.5 pinch ½ (s) cinnamon
- 1 banana (s)
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ baking powder
- Coconut oil

- Mash the banana to a pulp with a fork. Mix all ingredients except for the oil well with the whisk.
- Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan, add small portions of dough to the hot fat and bake until golden brown on both sides.
- The dough is a good base and pieces of apple, nuts, chocolate chips or berries can easily be added as desired.
- Almond milk can also be replaced with other plant-based milks. Coconut oil with other vegetable fats. Agave syrup can also be replaced with honey or sugar, but with honey the pancakes are no longer vegan.
