Ingredients
- 200 g spelled flour (whole rain)
- 250 g spelled flour, 1050
- 150 g rye flour, 1
- 60 g hemp seeds, round
- 80 g hemp seeds, peeled
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cube yeast, fresh
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 375 ml water

- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Mix all dry ingredients. Mix very slowly with the quark and yeast water for 10 minutes with a dough hook and cover in a warm place for 45 minutes. The dough is very slightly sticky.
