Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (maccheroni), or pasta your choice
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon processed cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 300 g cheese, rated
  • 1 teaspoon meat stock
  • 2 teaspoon herbs, Italian

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are firm to the bite.
  2. Sweat the ham, onions and garlic in plenty of butter. Then add the cream, milk, processed cheese and some pineapple juice and bring to the boil. Now add the herbs, the stock and the crème fraîche, bring to the boil briefly and season to taste with salt, pepper and curry.
  3. Mix the pasta with the sauce well in a casserole dish for approx. 20 minutes at 175 ° C fan oven on the middle rack. Then sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for another 20 minutes.
