Ingredients
- 150 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 150 g butter, ice cold
- 150 grams flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 peppers, colored
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 egg (s)
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated

- Drain the low-fat quark well and pour it into a bowl. Chop the butter into small cubes and add to the quark together with the flour and salt. Use the dough hook of the hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Then shape into a ball and cover in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Peel and finely chop onions and fry in hot oil in a pan. Clean and wash the peppers. Then cut into narrow strips and stew with the onion for 10 minutes. Season well with salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat (gas: level 3). Grease a springform pan (26 cm diameter).
- Roll out the dough, place it in the prepared dish, pressing up an edge of approx. 3 cm. Spread the pepper mixture on the bottom. Mix the eggs with the crème fraiche and grated cheese, season as needed and pour on the vegetables.
- Put the quiche in the hot oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Serve hot.
