Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper (s), green, yellow and red
- 1 cheese, Gouda
- 500 g sausae, ham sausae
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 tomato (s), (vine tomatoes)
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ mustard
- pepper
- sugar

- Cut the peppers, tomatoes, cheese and ham sausage into small cubes approx. 0.5 cm², dice the onion very finely. Mix everything.
- Mix the remaining ingredients into a dressing (best in a shaker) and pour over the salad, leave to stand for about 1 hour.
- The salad goes well with grilled food or simply as an accompaniment to dinner. My men at home just can`t get enough of it.
- The amount of mustard can be varied according to taste.
