Ingredients
- 125 g ham or other lean sausae
- 100 g tomato (s)
- 50 g bell pepper (s), yellow
- 100 g pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cucumber liquid
- 3 tablespoons water
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
- 1 dash sweetener, liquid

- Cut the sausage into strips and clean or peel the vegetables. Halve and slice tomatoes (I take date tomatoes and then cut them in half). Cut the peppers into strips, slice the pickles and dice the onions.
- Make the sauce from the vinegar, cucumber liquid, water and the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad. Let it steep for approx. 15 minutes until it is eaten.
- Note: No oil is needed, the salad tastes so delicious too.
