Ingredients

  • 200 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 70 ml water
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 50 g almond (s), donated
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 12 olives
  • 60 g feta cheese, pickled
  • 150 g Gouda, rated
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, black, freshly ground
  • 1 small Can (s) tomato (s) in pieces

Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead the flour, salt, olive oil, water, almonds, egg and curry spice into a dough. Spread the mixture flat in a circle on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 10 minutes. Then take it out of the oven.
  2. For the topping, drain off the chickpeas, rinse and let them dry on a piece of kitchen roll. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Spread tomatoes, chickpeas, olives and feta cheese cut into pieces on the pre-baked dough. Finally, pour onion rings, pepper and Gouda cheese over them. Bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  3. After baking, let it cool down briefly and cut into 2 - 4 pieces.
  4. It goes well with red wine and a small salad.
