  • 1 packet creamed spinach, frozen
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 package cheese, for gratin
  • Breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon potato starch

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach on a sieve. In a bowl, mix the drained spinach, eggs, cheese, starch and breadcrumbs together. Breadcrumbs and starch by feel, so that a firmer mass is created Season with salt, pepper and other spices (e.g. nutmeg or garlic) to taste. Fry briefly in a pan until browned.
