  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 4 pairs sausages, (Viennese)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 800 ml vegetable stock
  • herbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 200 g cheese, rated, e.., Gouda or Gratin Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the wiener sausages into slices. Drain the sauerkraut a little.
