Sponge Roll “Simple”

You can simply and quickly bake a biscuit roll with curd cream.
Ingredients
For the test:
- Flour – 1 glass
- Sugar – 1 glass
- Eggs – 5 pcs.
- Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
- Vinegar – 1 Dec. the spoon
For the cream:
- Cottage cheese – 200 g
- Sour cream – 100 g
- Jam thick – 100 g
Besides:
- Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar – to taste
Directions
- Turn on the oven.
Break the eggs into a bowl. Add sugar.
- Beat eggs with sugar.
- Extinguish baking soda with vinegar, add to a bowl.
- Sift flour, add to a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly with a spoon.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Lubricate with oil.
- Pour the dough onto a prepared baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown (about 12-15 minutes).
- Make a cream. To do this, put cottage cheese, sour cream, and thick jam in a bowl.
- To stir thoroughly. The cream is ready.
- Quickly grease the hot cake with cream.
- Then quickly roll-up. Wrap the roll tightly in a linen towel, leave it until it cools completely.
- Sprinkle the roll with icing sugar, cut into portions.
“Simple” sponge roll is ready.
