Ingredients

  • 300 g radish (s), white
  • 300 g carrot (s)
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 300 g apples, tart (e.. cox orane)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar, mild fruit vinegar
  • salt
  • Pepper, whiter, freshly ground
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon oil (safflower oil)
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, freshly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the radish and carrots. Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Quarter, peel, core and grate the apples. Mix all ingredients with the zircon juice. Distribute the raw vegetables on the plates. For the salad dressing, mix the vinegar, salt, pepper, creme fraiche and oil. Drizzle the sauce over the salad portions. Lightly roast the kernels in the pan and sprinkle over them with the herbs.
