Ingredients
- 2 large avocado (s), ripe
- 1 lime (s), including the juice
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 1 chilli pepper (s), fresh, e.g., Poblano
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ caraway powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander, fresh
- salt
- paprika powder

- Finely chop the onion, chilli and garlic.
- Divide the avocados in half and remove the stone. Then remove the pulp with a spoon and place in a bowl with the olive oil and lime juice. Mash the avocado meat with a fork to the desired consistency. Add the onion, chilli, garlic, cumin and coriander. Then season the dip with salt and paprika powder.
- The guacamole can be decorated with coriander before serving. Tortilla chips go wonderfully with it.
