If you want to make a fragrant and spicy real guacamole, a classic recipe at home is a must for you. An excellent appetizer for your traditional Mexican table.

  • Avocado – 4-5 Pieces
  • Hot pepper – 1 Piece
  • Onion – 1 Piece (shallot)
  • Fresh herbs – 1 Bunch
  • Lemon – 0.5 Pieces
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste
  • Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp


  1. Here are the necessary ingredients and a detailed description of how to make guacamole, a classic recipe for which has long been sold in many cuisines of the world.
  2. The first step is to peel the avocado.
  3. Put in a deep bowl and mash until smooth.
  4. Wash hot peppers, remove seeds and chop finely.
  5. Peel and chop the shallots or small red onion
  6. Wash, dry and chop the parsley. You can make guacamole, a classic recipe at home, more aromatic by adding other fresh herbs to taste.
  7. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon or lime and add to the puree.
  8. Add a little olive oil, stirring well. Add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
