  • 60 pc Ladyfingers
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 125 ml Coffee
  • 2 cl Rum
  • 6 tbsp Cocoa for sprinkling

  1. For the tiramisu , the yolk and egg white are separated and placed in different bowls.
  2. The egg whites are beaten with a hand mixer or food processor until stiff.
  3. Then mix the yolks in the other bowl with the icing sugar to a frothy mass.
  4. Next stir the mascarpone into the yolk mixture and then fold in the snow.
  5. Mix the coffee and rum in a shallow bowl or plate and soak the ladyfingers in it one after the other.
  6. Then alternately layer the ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture in a mold - finish with the mascarpone cream.
  7. Now put the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2.5 - 3 hours.
  8. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving and garnish with fresh berries if desired.
