Steak with Hazelnuts

Steak for meat-eaters is not just an ordinary dish, but a real cult, which includes the choice of ingredients, all kinds of culinary tricks, and a special design of the dish. Cooking a steak is an adventure that should definitely be experienced by anyone who loves cooking.

Steak with Hazelnuts Instructions

  1. We wash the meat, dry it. We peel the hazelnuts from the shell. We do not use spoiled or dry nuts for cooking.

  2. Heat the pan, fry the nuts in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes. Salt and pepper the steaks and put them on the fried nuts. First, the steak should “grab” in a very hot pan, so that a dense golden crust appears on both sides (nuts will not prevent the meat from roasting properly), thanks to which all vitamins and trace elements are preserved in the meat.

  3. Fry the steak to the desired degree of doneness. If you like a medium-rare steak, then turn down the heat and cook the meat for another 3-4 minutes. The steak prepared in this way is not only tasty but also healthy.
    Enjoy your meal!
