  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Strawberries, 1-2 bowls
  • 1 point cake topping, red
  • 500 g sweet cream
  • 1 point cream stabilizer
  • 2 points vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from the first 5 ingredients (butter to baking powder).
  2. From this at 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes. Bake 2 bases (26cm springform pan).

  4. Crumble the thinner bottom after cooling.

Then spread the whipped cream on top. Finally, distribute the brittle crumbs on top. Chill the cake for a few hours.
  7. Also very tasty with gooseberries, then use 1 P. clear cake topping.
