Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries, mashed
- 1 packet gelatin
- 0.5 liter ½ buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 lemon (s), peel only
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oil for the mold

- Soak the gelatine according to the instructions on the package. Mix the strawberry puree, buttermilk, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest together. Dissolve gelatine in a hot water bath or micro. Stir 1/4 of the buttermilk mixture into the hot gelatin, then the rest.
- Fill into portion bowls that have been brushed with a little oil and refrigerate.
- Garnish with whole strawberries.
