Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 5 sheets gelatine, white
- 400 ml sparkling wine
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice

- Clean the strawberries, quarter the large fruits, mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar and the vanilla sugar in a bowl.
- Soak the gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out well, dissolve it in the saucepan over a low heat and mix it with the sparkling wine.
- Spread the strawberries in dessert glasses and fill up with the sparkling wine. Leave to gel in the refrigerator for approx. 2 hours.
- Mix the creme fraiche with the remaining sugar and lemon juice and spread over the berries before serving.
