  1. Grind the cookies into crumbs and mix with softened butter.

  2. Tamp the mass tightly onto the bottom and walls of a round split form with a diameter of 20 cm. Place in the refrigerator.

  3. Filling: melt the chocolate in a steam bath or microwave.
  4. Beat the cheese and sour cream until a thick, homogeneous mass is formed.
  5. Add chopped strawberries and toss in melted white chocolate and cheese cream.
