Ingredients

  • 150 g chocolate, white
  • 800 g cream cheese, possibly less fat
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 30 grams flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 120 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
  • 150 g ladyfiners
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Grease a 26 springform pan. Mix the cream cheese, sugar and flour well with the hand mixer. Gradually add the eggs, then stir well each time.
  2. Melt the white chocolate over the water bath and add to the cream cheese mixture with the mixer running. Then add the cream and vanilla flavor. Mix everything well.
  3. Crumble the ladyfingers and knead with the soft butter and cinnamon. Press the mixture into the springform pan, then pour the cream cheese mixture over it.
  4. Place an ovenproof bowl with water on the bottom of the oven and bake the cake for one hour at 170 ° C (top / bottom heat). Then switch off the oven and let the cake cool in it to prevent cracks.
  5. The cake tastes best when it waits in the fridge overnight to be eaten, but of course you can cut it beforehand!
