Strawberry Cheesecake with White Chocolate

This recipe makes the cheesecake very tasty.
Ingredients
- butter 50 g
For filling:
- white chocolate 200 g
- creamy soft cheese 300 g
- sour cream 200 g
- strawberry 225 g
Directions
- Grind the cookies into crumbs and mix with softened butter.
- Tamp the mass tightly onto the bottom and walls of a round split form with a diameter of 20 cm. Place in the refrigerator.
- Filling: melt the chocolate in a steam bath or microwave.
- Beat the cheese and sour cream until a thick, homogeneous mass is formed.
- Add chopped strawberries and toss in melted white chocolate and cheese cream.
- Put the mass into the prepared form. Smooth and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
