Lemon – 0.5 Pieces
Frozen strawberries – 200 Grams
Gelatin – 15 Grams
Powdered sugar – 150 Grams
Directions
First of all, remove the strawberries from the freezer and defrost them. Save the juice.
Using a blender, turn strawberries into a homogeneous mass (you should get a kind of puree).
Then you need to add gelatin here, give it some time so that it swells (follow the instructions on the package), then add lemon juice and powdered sugar, mix everything well and heat it over not very high heat. Do not forget to stir constantly. The gelatin should dissolve completely. No need to boil! Then let the mixture cool to room temperature and beat for five to seven minutes with a mixer, the speed is high. The mixture should noticeably increase its volume, become thick and brighten
Put the waxed baking paper in the mold where the mass will freeze, then put the strawberry mass here and level it. For a long time, remove the form in a cool place to freeze the mass.
After the mass has frozen, turn the form over to the surface, previously sprinkled with powdered sugar. Remove the paper
Now cut into cubes, roll in powdered sugar and serve.
