Strawberry Crumble

Crumble is an easy-to-make and very quick pie. Different fillers can be used. With strawberries, it turns into a wonderful dessert.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry – 700 Grams
  • Flour – 160 Grams
  • Brown sugar – 100 Grams
  • Butter – 80 Grams
  • Oatmeal – 70 Grams
  • Almond petals – 50 Grams
  • Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Starch – 3 Art. spoons
  • Lemon juice – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon zest – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Combine flour, sugar and chunks of cold butter.
  2. Pound the mixture into crumbs, add oatmeal, almond petals and lemon zest. Stir and refrigerate for now.
  3. Cut the strawberries into slices, stir with brown sugar, starch, lemon juice and place in a greased pan. Spread the flour mixture on top.
  4. Preheat oven to 175 degrees and bake the crumble for 40 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
