Ingredients
- 700 g strawberries
- 200 g kiwi (s)
- 100 g banana (s)
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)

- Wash or peel the fruits and then puree them. Mix with the preserving sugar and lemon juice.
- Bring to the boil while stirring in a saucepan and then boil for 4 minutes with constant stirring.
- Pour into rinsed glasses while still hot. Close this and turn it upside down for about 5 minutes.
- Return to normal position to cool down.
- Sufficient for approx. 6 glasses.
