Ingredients
- 900 g strawberries
- 12 biscuit (s) (ginger shortbread biscuits)
- 400 g cream
- 100 g powdered suar
- 400 g low-fat quark

- Mix the low-fat quark with the powdered sugar and fold in the whipped cream.
- Put a handful of strawberries aside and dice the rest.
- Layer a layer of biscuits (4 pieces), a layer of quark mixture and a layer of strawberries in an elongated box. Repeat the process until all the ingredients have been used up. Make sure to finish with a layer of cream. Cut the saved strawberries crosswise into slices and decorate the top layer with them.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
