Strawberry Muffins

Delicious creamy strawberry muffins. Even a child can handle this muffin recipe.

Servings: 7
Ingredients
- Strawberry – 200 g
- Butter (melted) – 100 g
- Milk – 125 ml
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Flour – 220 g
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
- Sugar – 160 g
- Salt – a pinch
- Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
- Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Directions
- Preheat the oven immediately as the dough is done in 2 minutes. Mix all dry ingredients.
- Mix all liquid ingredients.
- Gradually add dry components to liquid components. Do not knead too much, let there be lumps, these are muffins.
- Fill silicone molds to the brim. Garnish with 4 cut strawberries.
- Send the muffins with strawberries to the oven, preheated to 210 degrees, for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, bake the muffins for another 20 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
- The strawberry muffins are ready.
