- 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp
- 280 ml whipped cream
- 200 g suar
- 400 g flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 250 g strawberries, fresh

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Beat the eggs, vanilla, sugar and cream with a whisk in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved (do not beat too hard, the cream should NOT become stiff !!!).
- Mix the flour, salt and baking powder and sift into a second bowl.
- Cut the strawberries into small pieces and fold them into the flour mixture.
- Add the cream mix and mix everything well with a spoon.
- Pour the batter into muffin molds and bake for 20-25 minutes (stick test).
