Strawberry Muffin

A couple of years ago, I rarely cooked baked goods. I was afraid of her like fire. But that all changed after the muffin recipe. It was with them that my “career” as a baker began. Now I love them, respect them and often bake them.
Cook: 1 hour
Servings: 16-20
Ingredients
- Butter – 120 Grams
- Sugar – 150 Grams
- Flour – 300 Grams
- White chocolate – 100 grams
- Strawberry – 200 Grams
- Milk – 180 Milliliters
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Soda – 0.25 Teaspoons
- Salt – 0.25 Teaspoons
Directions
- Beat butter with sugar until creamy using a mixer.
- Next, add the egg and lemon juice. Stir again. Sift half the flour with salt and baking powder. Add them along with milk. Stir the dough with a mixer.
- Then add the remaining flour. Knead the dough. Slice the strawberries and chocolate. Add them to the dough. Stir.
- Divide the dough into small molds. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Bake muffins for half an hour. Cool them before serving.
