Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 egg (s)
- 100 ml oil
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 100 g sour cream
- 150 g natural yohurt or vanilla or strawberry
- 150 g chocolate, white
- 125 g suar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- First mix flour with baking powder, custard powder, baking soda, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and chopped chocolate and set aside.
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- In another bowl, stir together the oil, egg yolk, sour cream and yoghurt.
- Now pour in the flour mixture and stir briefly (until the dry ingredients are moist).
- Now clean the strawberries and cut eighths.
- Carefully lift under the mass together with the egg whites.
- Now put the mixture in the muffin tin and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for a good 20 minutes.
- Makes about 8 medium-sized or 12 small muffins, I always fill the molds 3/4 full!
- They are very fluffy and juicy and easy to make!
